How long we keep information

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is kept secure and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.  Our data retention schedule is as follows:

Customer Information: Personal information collected for the purpose of providing services or fulfilling contracts  for as long as needed for accounting purposes or other obligations deriving from the law but no longer than 5 years after last transaction or interaction. 

Communication Records: Any email or correspondence regarding customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback will be kept for 12 months or until the matter is resolved, whichever is longer.

Financial and Transaction Records: All financial records, including invoices, payment details, and receipts, will be kept for 5 years, in compliance with legal and tax requirements.

After the retention period expires, your personal data will be securely deleted, unless further retention is required by law or necessary for ongoing legal claims.
